Returns and Exchanges
I hope that everyone who purchases my products loves them! But I understand that things happen, and this may not always be the case.
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please contact me right away to let me know if you would prefer a refund or an exchange.
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Please request a cancellation on an item within 10 hours of purchase. This is due to all orders being custom made and the production of orders can begin a few hours after purchase.
Full refunds will be given for damaged or defective products. I ask that you provide a photograph showing the issue.
I do not require damaged or defective items to be returned.
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery for refunds and exchanges.
Return shipping is not covered for exchanges due to wrong size, don’t like it etc.
For damaged or defective items:
Please email me photo evidence within 5 days of receiving your items showing the nature of the damage, misprint or defect. Once this is confirmed by me, I will ship you a new item free of charge.
For exchanges and refunds due to wrong purchase, wrong size or loss of interest will need to be shipped back to the following address:

When you return your item, please be sure to send it back in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
A new item will be reshipped to you or a full refund in store credit given.
For exchanges:
Unfortunately, I will not be covering the cost of return shipping fees for items that are the wrong size or no longer desired. Please be sure to double check the sizing charts and info on each product page description.
Please note that all products are CUSTOM MADE, I only offer in store credit for returns in order for you to place a new order for an alternate size or product.
Please contact me to ask about an exchange at moonshaydedesign@gmail.com. To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item will need to be returned to the following address:

Once I have received the item to be exchanged, you will receive store credit to select another product from my store.
There are certain situations where only partial credit may be granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, not due to our error, or you contacted me 14 days after delivery is not eligible for credit.
Please understand that the following Items are not accepted for returns or exchanges:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital Downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Products must be unused and in brand new condition. If the product is used or damaged, I will not accept it back. This includes visible signs of use including stains, perfume, scents, etc. I cannot reimburse you for shipping fees.
If the return is due to an error of mine, I will accept responsibility for the shipping costs related to the return. If the return is not due to an error of mine, the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.
If you have not received your refund or store credit within 7 days of me receiving your item, please contact me again at moonshaydedesign@gmail.com and I will do my best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
